Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of IT support experience in a DoD environment
• Experience with classified network environments (NIPRNET/SIPRNET/JWICS)
• Knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting, repair, and configuration
• Experience with audiovisual systems and training environment support
• Understanding of SCIF operations and security protocols
• CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
• Must be proficient in the use of Power Point, Excel, Word, Access, (Outlook Microsoft Office Suite)
Security:
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
