Job Title: Project Manager

Introduction:
Rivet Operations Company has an opening for a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team in the Warner Robins, GA area. The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional logistics support contract encompassing Logistics Management, Production Support, and Supply Planning services for U.S. Air Force programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in defense logistics, personnel management, and government contracting, with the ability to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive results across multiple support functions. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Oversight: Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of Logistics Manager Specialists, Production Management Specialists, and Supply Planners supporting Air Force supply chain operations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate daily operations, ensuring alignment of logistics planning, production efforts, and supply chain initiatives with Air Force objectives.
- Performance Management: Monitor contract performance metrics, enforce quality standards, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between contractor personnel, government customers, and subcontractors. Ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Resource Allocation: Manage staffing assignments, workload distribution, and skill development for personnel across logistics functions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all support activities adhere to DoD policies, regulations, and contract requirements. Maintain records, reports, and audit readiness.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify risks in supply chain execution, production schedules, and logistics planning; recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular program status updates to government stakeholders, including performance summaries, milestone tracking, and corrective action plans when necessary.
