Job Title: Production Management Specialist

Introduction:
Rivet Operations Company has an opening for a Production Management Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in the Warner Robins, GA area. This position will provide logistics support to the 638 Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG). This role is focused on supporting both organic and contract repair activities, ensuring efficient program execution and timely delivery of critical components and systems. Candidates must be capable of working alongside Government Supply Planners and supporting logistics planning, budgeting, training, and system operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Government Supply Planners with:
- Asset shipment tracking
- Workload management for items and equipment
- Repair predictions and forecasting
- Funds allocation and repair budgeting
- Program negotiations and management
- Monitor and manage production and delivery efforts related to organic and contracted repair services.
- Provide journeyman-level support and guidance to less experienced personnel in logistics operations.
- Train team members and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Air Force logistics and production systems.
- Utilize and manage logistics systems and tools including:
- Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis, Planning & Execution (ESCAPE)
- Service Parts Management (SPM/Servigistics)
- Automated Budget Control System (ABCS)
- Execution and Prioritization of Repair Support System (EXPRESS)
- Maintenance Planning and Execution (MP&E)
- Depot Repair Enhancement Program (DREP)
- Contract Repair Management System (CRMS)
- Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV-AF)
- Purchase Request Process System (PRPS)
- G004L (Temporary Work Orders, MISTR Lines)
- Support the preparation of repair purchase instrument packages, repair budget narratives, and contract oversight/closeout processes.
